Eligibility:
Applicants will have had experience of the care system. Students studying health care subjects who have experience of working with vulnerable young people are also eligible to apply. To qualify for this award you must be a British national and resident in the UK.

Scholarship Open for International Students: No

Scholarship Description: Queen Margaret University is pleased to offer the Common Thread Bursary of £1000 per year for up to four years. Any student who has experienced the care system is eligible to apply for this Bursary. The award will be given to the student who has the greatest need and preference will be given to someone who has come from a care background.
