Dick always offered enthusiasm, inspiration, and encouragement to the many wildlife biologists that knew him. Through this memorial scholarship fund, in Dick Fitzner’s name, the Washington Chapter of The Wildlife Society hopes to help encourage and inspire future wildlife biologists.
